
All About Me
Practicing triathlon, I ended up with a chronic calf injury. After trying different methods and remedies, it was with the Feldenkrais method that I finally got rid of it.
This method became my passion. It gives me the ability to understand my own body and retrieve full capacity of movement without pain. I am more flexible, have less tensions and have more pleasure in moving in my daily life and sportive activities.
The knowledge I acquired until today allows me to teach quality group sessions while continuing to improve myself. In 3 years studies, I taught already to my own circle and finally obtained the certificate to officially teach group classes.
My aim is to give an experience of this method to you who would be interested and one day be able to exercise this method full time.
